Engraving Scrolls are another way to further upgrade your gear. There are 2 kinds of engraving scrolls: Armor and Weapon. Engraving scrolls can be attached to all pieces of gear (armor, weapons, accessories), and all costume items. Once an engraving scroll has been attached to a piece of equipment, it can't be removed. However, you can override the existing one with another one by equipping it over the current one.

Engraving scrolls can be obtained in a number of ways including: buying them from Pania on the Special Mount tab (2) for 14k gold per box that gives any random armor/weapon engraving scroll, the Auction House, Trading them with other people, the official website's item mall for real money, or even crafting them. Examples are given below.
