After creating your character the first thing you should do is to type anything you want in the chat box so it'll instantly level you to Lv. 93.

Next, you should open your inventory, open the "hi~baby" item, and equip the armor and weapons it will give you. You will only need them until you've acquired your RDL (Red Dragon Legendary) gear.
Next, you should sell the 10 Wish Orbs you got so that you will have enough gold to maximize all of your skills (even though you won't actually need all of them).
Next, you'll want to go to the general merchant NPC and choose your respective specialization in order as shown below.
If you created a class with awakening skills then you will need to go back to the character screen and log back in so that the skills can load properly and you can unlock them. Otherwise, you can skip this part.

After you finish setting up your skills you can go back to the same merchant and use your "Novice artifact volume" coupons to get your wings, tail, decal, spirit and Novice point weapon box from her. Then just go to your CC - Costume tab of your inventory and equip everything.
Next, you'll want to head on over to Saint Haven by either going over and talking to the fast travel NPC or using one of your Fast Travel Passes in your CC - Functional tab. With all of this done, you are ready to start gearing up! (Refer to the "Gear" section on this website.)
